Founded by Waree Sriton in 2021, the restaurant was inspired by her love of smoked salmon and a desire to bring specialty salmon dishes to Hua Hin. Salmon House 102 offers a diverse menu featuring smoked salmon, various gravlax flavours, salmon rolls, sashimi, Sandwiches & bagels, all made in-house with premium, low-fat Coho salmon.

Waree uses a mix of hickory, cherry, and apple wood for a distinctive flavour and for guests seeking something different. The restaurant provides dine-in, takeaway, and various delivery options.

 

Today, Salmon House 102 is the go-to destination in Hua Hin for fans of smoked and cured salmon.
